Lab Equipments

Ace e-Health supports interface of both bi-directional and uni-directional lab equipments for automatic upload of lab results into the test results in ACE iHIMS. ACE iHIMS generates bar codes for samples for usage in this machines. We have many clients who have used this feature that reduces human errors in manual entry of results. Over 30 different types of lab equipment have interfaced with ACE iHIMS.

PACS

Many hospitals use PACS when they procure advanced radiology imaging systems like CT, MRI, etc. ACE iHIMS provides following interfaces with PACS systems. These interfaces are provided using HL7 and the PACS should support standard HL7 messages, which most of the standard PACS systems do.

Financial Accounting

ACE iHIMS does not include the modules for - Financial Accounting since there are several excellent systems available in the market that service these needs.

ACE iHIMS is well integrated with Tally, Microsoft Dynamics and SAP which has the modules for Financial Accounting. The integration done by ACE iHIMS includes generating the vouchers for posting into the FA (Financial Accounting) system in a batch mode.

Online Payment Gateway

Payment gateway allows patients and other customers of the Hospital to make their bill payment online either through the patient app or through the patient portal. ACE e-Health can be integrated with any Payment Gateway such as Paytm, PayU, etc.

WhatsAPP for Business

WhatsAPP for business is an excellent tool for brand communication used these days. It is used by business to send both transaction and promotional messages to subscribed customers. ACE e-Health integrated with WhatsAPP for business opens the door for hospital to send different messages such as Appointment confirmation, Lab Reports, etc. through whatsapp messages.
